Due to the nature of the products I sell, returns are not accepted at this time nor are refunds issued. However, if you have any problems or concerns with your order please contact me immediately. Original artwork is final sale.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. If you require further info or photos please contact customer service immediately.

Damages

Please contact me immediately, or no later than 10 business days, about lost or damaged items via stephanie.lawing@gmail.com. Document the item(s) and packaging with pictures and send them along with the email clearly stating the damage to the item(s). It is imperative to keep all original packing materials as well as the damaged item(s), as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes at a later time. Once I receive the email, I will reply to discuss the next steps.
